This class will empower you to be successful and independent in any virtual Pilates class! We will go over some basics of optimizing your workout space and then delve into the fundamentals of all things Pilates.
In this class we will focus on finding your center and your seat. Introducing a lot of the basic Pilates exercises and shapes and finding the best choices for YOUR body that you can incorporate in any Pilates class to feel strong and independent.
This class can be taken as a 4 week course, designed for beginners who are still learning the exercises and how they should feel in your body, or each week as a stand alone class. You won’t need any fancy equipment, just yourself and a space on the floor to workout!
